# Remove interaction

> Delete an interaction. Already-deleted ids resolve successfully.

## `webflow.interactions.remove(id)`

Delete an interaction. If it was selected, the canvas timeline bar hides. The delete is undoable and syncs to collaborators. Deleting an already-deleted interaction resolves successfully (idempotent).

### Syntax

```typescript
webflow.interactions.remove(id: InteractionId): Promise<{id: InteractionId; deleted: boolean}>
```

### Parameters

* **id** : *string* - The interaction id to remove.

### Returns

**Promise\<`{id: InteractionId; deleted: boolean}`>**

A Promise that resolves to the id and a `deleted` flag.

### Example

`created.id` is the id returned by [Create interaction](/designer/reference/create-interaction).
