Create Site Plan
Upgrade a Starter site to its workspace's Enterprise plan, and optionally attach add-ons. The Enterprise plan is derived from the workspace's contract and uses the workspace's pooled site and add-on quota.
If the site is already on the workspace's Enterprise plan with the same add-ons, the request succeeds without changes. To change the add-ons of a provisioned site, use [Update Site Add-ons](/data/v2.0.0-beta/reference/enterprise/workspace-management/update-site-addons).

addons
Add-ons to attach to the site. Each add-on type may appear at most once.

ID of the site's Enterprise hosting plan.
addons
All add-ons attached to the site after the request, not only the ones in the request. On Enterprise Plus, ANALYZE and OPTIMIZE are included with the plan and always returned with a quantity of 1.
