Updated Developer Terms of Service
We’ve updated our Developer Agreement to better support our growing developer community and the launch of the Webflow Marketplace. The new terms provide greater clarity on how you can build and distribute apps on our platform.
Here are some of the key updates:
- Marketplace Focus: The agreement is now structured around the Webflow Marketplace, with guidelines for submitting, reviewing, and managing your applications.
- Clearer IP Ownership: We’ve clarified that you retain ownership of your application’s intellectual property.
- Updated Brand Guidelines: We’ve provided more specific rules for using Webflow’s name and branding to promote your app.
- Dispute Resolution: We’ve removed the mandatory arbitration clause. Disputes will now be handled through the court system in California.
We encourage you to read the full Developer Terms of Service to understand all the changes.
